Yes, we ship to all countries across the globe.
What are your charges for International shipments?
The shipping charges vary depending on the shipping option that one chooses.
The charges are $4 via Registered Mail and $21 for a faster Express Mail Service
(EMS). These charges are the same for all countries in the world.
How do I track my order?
Orders shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) can be tracked and a tracking
number is made available within 1-2 days after shipping. However, orders shipped
via “Registered Mail” do not have a tracking mechanism.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once we hear from you about an order not received, we file a complaint with
the Israeli Postal Service. Once they confirm loss of package we will reship
your order. We use standard modes of shipment which people have trusted over
the years and do not foresee any chances of a lost package. In case such a
loss happens you may rest assured that we will either refund the money or
reship the products.
